Inferno 2 app good for
Nice combination of shooter and RPG, as the ship can enhance multiple features, like missiles and normal shot.
I think the only con is the brightness of the alternative controls (missile and shot changes), which are so dim and take some levels to figure out where they are.
Incredibly fun and well-made, this game can entertain you for months with its difficulty. The soundtracks are perfectly fitting, the enemies arent easy, there are lots of weapons to upgrade, different mobs to fight, and all of this inside a very smooth and beautifully crafted arcade game. And theres more: after you complete your first playthrough, this game uses the same mechanics as Dark Souls, where theres a New Game +, with new challenges thatll reward you more, but beware: theyre tougher than one might expect from a mobile game. I hope this developer keeps working on the Inferno series because theyre legendary, and should definitely be in everyones list of Top 10 iOS games.

This is a great game. What a game should be. It is fun, and has kept me interested far longer then most of what is out there. There are a lot of very poor games out there. This is not one of those. This is one of those rare games that will stay on my iPhone for years. An instant classic retro shooter. Great job! Money well spent - and I rarely say that with most of what I buy on the App Store!
Absolutely loved the first Inferno+! Bought Inferno 2 as soon as I saw it listed! Love games like this! Havent put it down yet. Pure fun! Smooth, polished gameplay! Excellent work Radian!!
Evolutionary more than revolutionary improvements but still on of the greatest dual stick shooters. Intense action but spots where you can take a momentary break really make this a top choice for anyone looking for good action game.
Some bad moments
On my iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2, the latest update made the games UI display and graphics all screwy. It almost looks like theyre in portrait mode, but the background is stretched all the way for landscape. Its definitely unplayable.
The developer has been aware of this for months, and hasnt even mentioned working on a fix... I doubt itll ever happen... its a shame... especially from, what was once, one of my favorite development studios on the AppStore.
What the title says. The one improvement I would like to see is different types of bosses being harder each time. Like if the boss had shields at first then having to destroy cores to get the shields down. Shooting the boss before the shields went back up.
An awesome game but with many others like it it wouldve been best if it had tilt controls
Top notch 2 stick bullet hell goodness. Interesting enemies, fair amount of upgrades, interesting level design and tricks. I would prefer more in depth upgrade options but this ones not bad.
Go buy this game immediately.
Its fun and very pretty. Im very surprised how well an arcade game plays on the iPad.

Also, who doesnt like earning weapon upgrades?
